On September 27, 1993, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 643 "On the establishment of the Belarusian State Concern of Folk Art Crafts", the successor of which is the state production and trade association "Belkhudozhpromysly" (GPTO "Belkhudozhpromysly").

From the same date, the Republican Bobruisk Unitary Production Enterprise "Factory of Art Products" was included in the state production and trade association "Belkhudozhpromysly".

The Collegium of the Belkhudozhpromysly State TVET "Belkhudozhpromysly" dated 03/18/2011 No. 1 approved the Program of Work with Personnel in the State Industrial and Technical University and its member organizations for 2011-2015, which provides for the establishment of September 27 as a holiday for the employees of the Belkhudozhpromysly in its composition, which is reflected in the Sectoral Program for the Development of Folk Crafts and Crafts in Industrial Organizations of the Belkhudozhpromysly State Industrial and Industrial Organization for 2011-2013, approved by the Resolution of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 29.08.2011 No. 8.
