Compliance with the rules of respiratory hygiene allows you to protect others from viral diseases, such as SARS, influenza and COVID-19.
A few rules of hygiene:
- Regularly and thoroughly treat your hands with an alcohol-containing product or wash them with soap and water. This allows you to remove harmful microorganisms, including viruses, from the skin of your hands.
- When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth or nose with an elbow bend or a napkin. The used napkin or handkerchief should be immediately placed in a container with a closing lid and wash your hands.
- Carry out regular treatment and disinfection of surfaces, especially those that are often touched, such as door handles, water taps and phone displays.
