Forged stops: reliable, simple and beautiful ...

It is no secret to anyone that our team had the opportunity to work for the good of their native city. In this case, we will focus on the production of new forged stopping points for public transport. Citizens and guests of the city can already observe the first copies on the streets of Minsk and Internatsionalnaya.

кованый остановочный пункт

This design was not chosen by chance. The launch into production was preceded by a study of the experience of other manufacturers, an analysis of the markets and properties of the materials used, as well as responses from citizens in the media.

It was decided to use modern practical material along with metal:

Monolithic polycarbonate.

The stopping pavilion is also equipped with two benches and an urn.

Why Monolithic Polycarbonate? The answer to this question can be easily found on the Internet. Here are the highlights:

Monolithic (cast) polycarbonate - a solid sheet of polycarbonate without internal voids, which in terms of characteristics replaces ordinary silicate glass, is the most durable of all transparent materials existing on the world market and produced on an industrial scale, has a unique combination of high mechanical, optical and temperature properties.

The properties of monolithic polycarbonate declared by the manufacturer:

- high impact resistance: impact strength of monolithic polycarbonate is 250 times higher than that of ordinary glass and 10 times that of organic glass. It resists any blows, absorbing their energy, but not collapsing. This makes solid polycarbonate indispensable wherever aggression and vandalism are possible.

- fire safety: monolithic polycarbonate belongs to the category of hardly flammable, self-extinguishing materials. In an open fire, the material does not ignite, but melts. In the absence of permanent external sources of high temperature, melting stops.

- optical properties: the light transmittance of monolithic polycarbonate is 90%, which is comparable to ordinary glass.

- heat resistance: monolithic polycarbonate has the highest resistance to temperature changes in comparison with other plastics. It retains its properties in the range from -40 ° to + 120 ° C. This allows it to be used in harsh climatic conditions, in production and in vehicles for various purposes.

- chemical resistance: monolithic polycarbonate is resistant to contact with many chemical compounds that are part of paints, detergents, glue, various oils, etc. The surface is easily and quickly cleaned of accidental dirt.

We really hope that our new stopping points will embellish the look of our city and will find only positive feedback from the citizens.
